Gatka Gola  is a flat steel or iron ball ring, five to 12 inches in diameter,  with 1 meter plastic rope attached to small rope knot for grip.

It is held between the thumb and index finger and thrown towards the opponent with an underhand flick.

Gola is wielded by grasping the steel handle and spinning it around and guard upon coming too close to spinning weight of Iron or Steel ball.

Spinning nature of Gola act as shield while playing Gatka.
