Jharni (Punjabi: ਝਰਨੀ) Skimmer Iron (Sarabloh) Size – Extra Small 22 Inches

This Extra Small Sarabloh (Iron) Jharni is 22 inches long and has a skimmer head which has a diameter of 6.3 inches.

It weighs around 236 gm.

The primary purpose of this utensil is to skim cooking liquids from the food, such as while frying samosas or Pakoras etc.

Since it is made of Iron, it is prone to get rusty over time, unless taken care of. Put some oil on it to create a layer between the surface and open air.

If any rust is found over time on this Jharni, it is Preferred to use Lemon syrup or Sand to rub for few times to clean it.

After wards apply a small amount of coconut oil to provide shiny look. This will act as Anti-corrosive.

2.      Dry the Jharni Thoroughly.

3.      Lightly oil (Coconut) the Jharni (The oil helps prevent rust)
